Bottling
Learn about the packaging stages of your Ladenburger beer!
To ensure that our customers get the best possible quality while also conserving energy and protecting the environment, we have now equipped our bottling plant with the latest technology.
Every hour 11,000 bottles are filled using the strictest criteria of quality control. Although we do not use artificial preservation methods such as pasteurisation and flash heating, state-of-the-art technology and our highly experienced staff guarantee flavour stability and a long storage life.
Every returnable bottle is cleaned and refilled approximately 40 times. The cleaning process is carried out in large washing machines and lasts around 20 minutes.
Highly effective cleaning agents and intense water pressure ensure that the bottles are absolutely free of any residue.
After the cleaning process, each bottle is monitored electronically by special cameras and monitoring devices that detect any residue or mechanical damage. Any bottles that are not completely clean and intact are weeded out.
he bottle is now ready for the beer. It now passes through a cycle of several stages that ends with it being filled and capped.
Every beer variety is given its own label, which includes its use-by date. It then finds its way to the beer-drinker’s glass via restaurants and retail outlets.
